I stopped by Dunkin' on the boulevard peninsula today, and I was pleasantly surprised. Normally, I avoid drive-thru orders because of past poor service and incorrect items, but this time was different. The staff provided excellent service; my order was taken carefully, and the woman at the window even double-checked it with me. She was very friendly, making the whole experience enjoyable. The menu had great options, and this visit was a fantastic way to start my morning!
I visited the Dunkin' on Peninsula Blvd today, feeling hesitant about using the drive-through since my past experiences have often been disappointing with incorrect orders and poor service. However, this visit was completely different. The service was outstanding. My order was not only taken accurately but also confirmed with me at the window. The woman at the window was incredibly friendly and a joy to interact with. It was a wonderful way to begin my day!
I visited this location for the second time and found it closed 30 minutes early. I drove through the drive-thru and attempted to enter, but both doors were locked. An employee saw me but chose to go to the back instead of helping. I eventually went to the Greenwich location down the block, which was busy and open. You're losing customers due to your unmotivated staff!
This is the worst Dunkin' I have ever visited. Half the time, the store is closed or not providing service. I drive all the way there, pull up to the drive-thru, but the employee says something I can’t hear and then doesn’t respond, so I can’t place my order. When I go around to the window, there’s no one inside. This place seriously needs to be shut down immediately! Réservez une table maintenant
One of the Dunkin' Donuts locations in Hempstead has recently undergone renovations. I've noticed a decline in the service, as my coffee doesn't taste as good as it used to. Furthermore, my cinnamon raisin bagel with cream cheese isn't toasted for as long as it once was. What happened? It seems like there may be new staff!
The staff seemed friendly, but the service took a bit longer than anticipated; they might want to consider having more than one employee available at a time. The restaurant was clean, and overall, I had a positive experience!
This is the worst Dunkin' Donuts I've ever visited. The drive-thru service was awful, and the bathrooms were completely filthy – the most disgusting I've seen in my entire life.
