The staff were friendly, but there seemed to be some confusion. They ended up making two of the same drink, just swapping out the type of milk. Fortunately, it wasn't a major issue for us, but I do think they should pay more attention to the details.
I really enjoy this Dunkin'. It's a small location and doesn't always have a wide variety of options, but the staff at the counter are quick and friendly.
