I know this is a coffee chain, but the service at this Dunkin' Donuts is outstanding. On a busy Sunday morning, we were greeted warmly by a lovely and friendly woman who took our order. Another young woman was very helpful in preparing our order, which included a box of Joe and a few other items. While we waited, we watched a young man skillfully managing orders for breakfast sandwiches and more. Everyone we interacted with was incredibly friendly, kind, and professional. The service we received was truly remarkable. We had a great experience here (so much so that we felt compelled to write a review)!
I ordered a large coffee, but the server mistakenly gave me iced coffee with cream instead. I thought it might be a Halloween prank—who really drinks iced coffee when it’s 52 degrees outside? I didn’t have time to address the mix-up, so I just hope they can improve next time. However, after a few sips, I found the drink wasn’t actually bad. Still, it would be great if they could get the orders correct.
As a frequent customer of Dunkin', I can confidently say this location is one of the cleanest I've ever visited, including their restrooms. They have two restrooms, both kept very clean and well stocked, which means a lot to me. The care a place puts into maintaining their restrooms really shows how much they value their customers.
Today, I ordered a hot chocolate for my daughter, but it tasted watered down and not like the usual. I told a Dunkin' employee about it, but instead of making a new drink, he just replaced the lid and said he added milk, even though the flavor didn’t improve. Their customer service was really disappointing!

I placed an order ahead of time, but it still took 30 minutes to receive a simple order. When I arrived, they were preparing food one order at a time. There were only 2 employees working while 4 others stood around without assisting. I won’t be coming back to this location.
I had a great experience with the service at this restaurant. Everything we ordered, from drinks to food, was made exactly to our specifications. We were in and out in just a matter of minutes!
