If I could give this Dunkin' Donuts 0 stars, I would. I started by patiently waiting at the register for someone to take my order, even though there was no line. I ordered my usual latte, but had to repeat my order multiple times and even had to return my cup to the worker to be remade. Today will be my last visit to this Dunkin', as yesterday I was charged $8 for a medium iced latte, when I usually pay much less. When I questioned the price, the manager tried to explain that the extra cost was because I requested almond milk due to my lactose intolerance. The bagel with cream cheese I ordered was plain, but it had a strong sausage smell and appeared greasy. It seemed like it had been put together as a sandwich before. I am very disappointed with this restaurant. They continuously serve burnt bacon from the day before, and this has happened four times in a row. I went to the restaurant yesterday to pick up my order of mini bagels, but each time I order them, they never get it right. I do not recommend going there as it is a waste of money and time. The manager at Dunkin' Donuts does not care about customer complaints.
