I went through the drive-thru at Dunkin' Donuts and ordered a regular coffee, specifically asking for it to be a medium brown—neither too light nor too dark. When I received the coffee, I lifted the lid and was shocked to find it completely black. I reminded the employee that I had requested creamer, and he filled the cup to the brim. After he handed it back to me, I noticed it was still only 3/4 of the way full. I asked him to top it off, and he took the cup back, went away, and came back to give it to me again. I have changed my review since the departure of Raj and Alim this place has gone down hill during the afternoon to late evening hours. The three guys are inconsistent and always rush through orders . I didn't think that ordering a bagel with butter couldhe hard legit only two ingredients and I got a bagel that was burnt with an ice cream scoop worth of cream cheese covered withpesto from the previous sandwich. Honestly they could kill someone if they are allergic to tree nut. Save you time and yourmoney just drive 3mins up the block to the wall location. Great staff there

This is the best Dunkin' I've ever been to. The drive-thru is so efficient that it's almost unbelievable. I've never experienced anything like it. Even if there are cars lined up down the street, the service remains impressively quick. I visit often and have always had a positive experience, so I find it hard to believe some of the negative reviews. The food is consistently good, the coffee is always tasty, and the staff are the same excellent people every time. Réservez une table maintenant

I had a terrible experience at the drive-thru. The employee wouldn't give me my change, and when he finally did, he tossed it at me. I was taken aback, and then he just stared at me for five minutes. It was so uncomfortable that I ended up crying when he told me to never come back.
