This is one of the very few Dunkin donuts/Baskin Robbins duo 's that you can actually count on actually recieving a Baskin Robbins order at any time of the day. Unlike every other D.D./Baskin Robbins duo in Jersey that just so happens to be fresh out of ice cream whatever else you may be craving as a back up just as you pull up to the drive thru. Nonetheless, these guys on RT 9 in Old Bridge are on point. ?? Consistently keeping the menus available at all times. And if I 'm not mistaking this location is open 24-7. Which is solid. HOWEVER. service is undoubtley slow. And the workers tend to congregate and b.s. right at the the driver thru window. Which definitely grinds my gears but doesn 't...
I travel a lot and visit many Dunkin locations. This one has always been consistent with my orders and seems to be able to operate very efficiently. Part of that has no doubt to do with one particular shift lead. Her name is Danielle and she usually has morning shifts. At least 4 out of 5 days a week I come through the drive through for my coffee. Danielle is also the one who introduced me to the dunkin app on my phone and even showed me how to use it. Now when I pull up to the order mic she usually will recognize me and always greet me in a respectful but pleasant way. My coffee is perfect and im back on the road in no time. Thank you to Danielle and the rest of the crew at this location.
Literally been sitting on line for half an hour with only 4 cars in front of me. Unfortunately I need coffee in order to survive my overnight shift and this place is the only one open around 9 pm. If you come here then be prepared to wait 40 days and 40 nights before getting your order
