The service was terrible. There were only two staff members working, and one got my drink order wrong while the other messed up my food order. I waited 20 minutes for a drink I didn’t even order, then another 5 minutes for a sandwich that contained egg, despite my severe allergy. I specifically asked for no egg and paid extra for bacon and cheese, yet the sandwich still had egg. I strongly recommend avoiding this location. You could easily wait 25 minutes for the wrong items. If I could give zero stars, I would. The Dunkin’ down the street is a much better option!
I waited at the register for five minutes before either of the two employees acknowledged me. When I asked a question about the mobile app, the woman responding was very rude and talked over me. I requested her name, but she refused to provide it. Unfortunately, all I can say is she was a short, larger Indian woman. I even asked for a receipt with her name on it, and she outright declined. In this line of work, employees should wear name tags, and if not, they should still give their name when asked by a customer. I will definitely never return to this location.
The staff at this restaurant is exceptionally friendly and efficient. When I arrived, I wasn't sure which coffee to pick, but Matthew, one of the employees, was incredibly helpful and patient. He took the time to make my drink precisely as I wanted it, and he didn't hesitate at all when I made a specific request. After 30 years of visiting Dunkin’, this has been my best experience by far!
I visited Dunkin' this morning to pick up some items for my coworkers. Despite only two employees working and a line of customers waiting, everyone remained patient. The staff was friendly, quick, and efficient, showing no signs of stress. They did an excellent job.
