Dunkin' - Réserver une table

I'm here a few times in the night, as it's 24 hours drive through. every time I had really bad experience and today, like the jan 2, 2022 at 10.40 est. the server/visitor showed extremely rude behavior, initially he has nothing at all. And when he tried to order as an app order, he was acting as if he wanted to get rid of all the customers. dunkins should look really urgent in this place.

This particular store staff not honest. I purchased Mid Hot coffee 2.60 and they charged me for cold coffee $3.80. And thus happened 2 times. maybe they have instructions form there dishonest owner)
