Unlike many Dunkin locations this one did not burn the espresso in my macchiato this morning so my drink was delicious this morning which I was happy about. My only complaint is that they mislabeled my coffee as original when it should have been decaf, so I had to go back around and wait in the line all over again to tell them of the error and get a replacement but when we finally got to the window the girl said she definitely made it decaf it was just mislabeled on the cup... So it was a big waste of time for (hopefully) nothing, but I'm not even sure I trust that it's decaf... So that was really frustrating. I go here daily. Normally I have great service. Most of the staff know me. Today I don't know if it was due to new employees or what, but every thing I asked for I was told we don't have it or we don't carry that at our store anymore. I asked for a refresher with coconut milk and was told we don't make that anymore. I bought one 2 days ago. the lady seemed annoyed because I asked since when?. The morning and mid shift staff are great. Just not sure about the afternoon staff. I will still go here because it is part of my daily routine. I'll just make sure to go early.
