I was really disappointed today when I ordered a bacon, egg, and cheese wrap. When I opened it, I found it was mostly tortilla—probably 90%. It's the saddest wrap I've ever received from this Dunkin'. Definitely not worth the $2 or whatever it costs. It was hardly worth eating, as I ended up tearing off the extra tortilla and only had about two bites of the actual filling. My experience at Dunkin' today was really disappointing.
As for my latest visit, things seem to be getting worse at this location. My order was incorrect again. The person at the drive-thru had absolutely no personality, and despite there being only five cars in line, I waited 30 minutes to place my order and receive my...
I wasn’t able to place my order because no one attended to me. It was 9:37 AM, and there was no one in the drive-thru or inside the restaurant. I waited at the speaker for about two minutes while a young lady stood at the window, but she just stared at me without taking my order. When I pulled up to the window, she walked away. I called to ask what was going on, and they said they were busy, even though there were no customers inside or outside. Then they hung up on me. There’s more to the story, but it doesn’t seem to matter since I can’t get a hold of the manager to report the incident.
I visited this Dunkin' Donuts location after having a terrible experience at the Rolling Meadows one, and unfortunately, this place was just as bad! I ordered a bacon, egg, and cheese sandwich, but the egg was still frozen and undercooked. My cappuccino looked and tasted more like water than coffee. To make matters worse, my hash browns were burnt. I’m really disappointed in the female employee who served me—her name on the receipt was Daniela. I don’t understand why she was hired if she can’t get orders right. Absolutely never coming back.
I brought the guys from the group home where I work here for an outing. There was only one person behind the counter and another inside who seemed to be a worker. After waiting 10 minutes for service, we decided to leave. The customer service was very poor. They not only lost 8 separate orders tonight but also lost our future business—I actually own a condo in the neighboring complex. Their staff clearly need more training. I'm sure we're not the only ones who have walked out due to such poor service.

The team at this location is exceptionally friendly. I had an unfortunate encounter at the Arlington Buffalo Grove site, where they declined to make my Dunkin' Chino with milk and water. However, here, they graciously offered to add milk for me, turning my day around with their accommodating approach to my drink! They truly deserve recognition for their outstanding service, and their operating hours are excellent.
I am not surprised that so many people made bad reviews, I live 2 min away and been so glad to have a Dunking close by but the service here is horrible. They stop serving at 7 threw away all the donuts at this time I was trying to get one for my son eventhough is says closes at 9 and they said we don?t have any we threw them away already, are extremely rude to people!
My online order was ready on time, and they kindly let me use the laundry room since the public restrooms on Arlington Heights Street are permanently closed due to a recent burglary nearby.
