I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant. When I got home, I realized that some items I ordered and paid for were missing. I looked for a phone number to contact them, but there wasn't one available. Unfortunately, I can't go back as I was just out briefly to get treats for the kids during their school break. Additionally, I was really excited about their Maple Frosted flavor, but it wasn't available. It seems pointless to have a nice new building if they're not going to offer all their flavors. It’s like going to Baskin Robbins, expecting 31 flavors, but only finding 28. From now on, I think I’ll make the trip to the location at Lake and Gary.
I ordered some donuts but received the wrong ones. When I asked for the correct order, I noticed the employee grabbed the donuts with gloves on right after handling money without changing or using a tissue. Essentially, she handled my donuts with dirty gloves while working the drive-thru, where she had been touching money all day. It seems they don’t prioritize customer health.
They didn’t open on time, the donuts were not delivered as scheduled, and the delivery arrived more than half an hour late. A franchise that used to be dependable is quickly declining.
Fantastic food, great deals, and wonderful staff! I truly love this place!
