I wanted to order a small cup of milk for my baby, who was in my arms at the time of order, and the staff told me they couldn 't do that. All they had in the cooler was chocolate and strawberry milk, which I 'm not going to give a baby, AND I was willing to pay for the sugary Nesquick in order to get a small cup of white milk. I was willing to pay whatever cost, but still they couldn 't (hard eyeroll)... This is why we go to Starbucks. Not only is their coffee better, but if I tried to order milk, not only would they have done it, but if it was for a baby, it probably would have been free. I know Starbucks isn 't hurting for money, but NEITHER is Dunkin! I used to not favor one or the other...
I had this at a five star. But I will never go here again. They must be under new management. I shop here often. And I asked him for an extra cup with a lid. He gave me the lid and said a dollar for the empty cup. I just believe that's a disgrace. After he said that I started to look around and I noticed they were not wearing hair nets. And when he have me the lid his finger were dirty. im so upset because I used to love this dunkin! Service: Take out
I think I came in on Monday. I was greeted by a black woman with curly hair, she was not pleasant. she looked like she didn't want to be there. but this is not my problem that I did nothing to earn an rude attitude and disregard if I were not too late, I would have asked a manager and a refund!
