It's better to use the mobile ordering option, as there's often a long wait in line in the mornings. However, I find that their app isn't very user-friendly when it comes to redeeming promotional deals. This week, the staff I encountered at this location didn't seem very patient with me. In contrast, I remember another visit where a different employee was incredibly patient and helpful while I struggled with the app.
I had a disappointing experience at Dunkin'. My boss placed an order for me to pick up at a certain time. I arrived 10 minutes early, and the staff asked me to come back at the scheduled time. When I returned, I was told that someone else had taken my order. I'm currently at work, but I plan to return after my shift to see if they can fix the problem.
The cashier, most likely of Indian or Bengali descent, at this restaurant provided the worst customer service I have ever experienced. When I inquired about the availability of banana chocolate chip bread, she responded with a glare and took 10 seconds to simply say "No." This type of service is not how anyone wants to start their day.
The staff at Dunkin' often appears to pretend to scan the Dunkin Donuts app, but they rarely do. They come across as lazy and inattentive. Additionally, the drinks from the menu are frequently prepared incorrectly. Réservez une table maintenant
I ordered a sweet black pepper sandwich through the mobile app. It was tasty but only warm—I usually like my sandwiches hot. The place is small, but the service is fast.
The workers ALWAYS gets my order wrong! Even after repeating what I want in my drink SEVERAL times, they ALWAYS make it wrong!!
Very friendly, quick to take my order. I ordered and received my order in mins.. Not long time to wait.
