We have officially been here 3 times, We are moving to the area from Knoxville Tennessee . Whether we have went inside or went through the drive-through everything has been perfect the food the drinks not a single complaint and I have never had better hospitality at a restaurant anywhere before. If you're going to go to a Dunkin' donuts this is definitely the best one to go to if you are near Winston-Salem. I had the unfortunate experience of trying 2 other dunkins that we're not this Dunkin and made it a point to figure out where it was so I could go back. I really cannot say enough good things about this location. Staff is amazing. Establishment is really clean inside and out even the bath...
We have been to this restaurant 3 times and every time we were impressed. We recently moved to the opposite of Knoxville, Tennessee and this place has become our favorite spot. The food and drinks were perfect each time, with no complaints. The hospitality at this restaurant is top-notch and we have never experienced better service. When it comes to Dunkin' Donuts, this location near Winlems is definitely the best. We tried 2 other Dunkins before finding this one and we will never go anywhere else. The staff is amazing and the facility is clean, including the bathroom. Out of the 20+ Dunkin' Donuts we have been to in 3 different states, this one is by far the best. Highly recommend!
I recently developed a love for Dunkin' Donuts after years of favoring their competitors. Whenever I visit this particular location, I struggle to find what I want on the menu board. It seems that they don't always list the donuts or perhaps I just can't locate them. The staff assured me that they have all types of donuts available, but I find it difficult to choose as I am not familiar with their flavors or scents, especially since I only visit occasionally. Unfortunately, there is no Dunkin' Donuts location near where I live.
After years of being a fan of a competitor, I have started to enjoy Dunkin' Donuts. However, I have trouble finding what I want on the drive-thru menu at this location. The employee suggested I come inside where they have all the donuts available. My boyfriend and I go to this Dunkin just about every single day. It’s out of our way since there’s a Dunkin right near our house, but this one is worth the drive. The staff is so friendly, the food is great and hot every time, they give me my order in a timely manner and my coffee is pretty much always delicious!
I visited this restaurant on March 5, 2022, around 5pm. It was a fantastic experience. The service was quick, and the staff was incredibly friendly. It was a pleasure to dine here, especially after a day of shopping in a bustling city that can be overwhelming for those from rural areas.
