To begin with, the communication was very poor when I tried to place my order, and it seemed almost intentional. The honey bacon was terrible, and they didn't even have orange juice available. I had to approach the window to get some clarity from the staff, who were laughing as if everything was a joke. Additionally, the lid on the coffee container wasn't secured properly, which resulted in burning my hand. Overall, the staff appeared more interested in having fun than in serving their customers. I would not recommend this place at all.
No matter what you choose to order at this restaurant, there's a high likelihood—around 90%—that they'll get it wrong, even if you've repeated your order several times. The drive-thru speaker is quite poor, requiring you to shout your order, yet mistakes are still common. Despite having plenty of staff on duty, it rarely results in faster service or accurate orders. Additionally, the location leaves much to be desired; the parking lot is often a chaotic mess, and the drive-thru line frequently backs up, obstructing several entrances.
The parking situation is quite chaotic, and I find the regular coffee to be weak and lacking in flavor. The manager seriously needs to work on his customer service. I was given the wrong drink, and rather than apologizing, he was quite rude. He shut the drive-thru window and walked away while I was trying to explain that I ordered lemonade but got green tea instead. I wish I could give this place zero stars!

I'm a big fan of Dunkin' and Baskin Robbins, especially when they're together in one location. Although the selection isn't extensive, everything is well-organized, and they really do a great job with what they have on offer.
Tonight, we celebrated my brother's birthday, and my family treated ourselves to a delicious biscuit cake from Dunkin' Baskin Robbins. It was truly delightful!
My experience at Dunkin' Donuts was disappointing because my order was wrong, several menu items were unavailable, and the overall service was quite poor.
Unlike my cousin, I’ll get straight to the point: the cake was awful—totally devoid of flavor. I had high hopes for it until I tried the cookie on top.
