To start off, the communication was poor when I was trying to place my order, and it felt like they were doing it on purpose. The honey bacon was awful, and they didn't even have orange juice available. I had to walk up to the window just to get clarity from the staff, who were laughing as if it was all a joke. The lid on the coffee container wasn't secured properly, and it burned my hand. Despite the issues, the staff were more focused on having a good time than on serving customers. This place is simply not worth it.
No matter what you order at this restaurant, there's a 90% chance they'll get it wrong, even after you’ve repeated it multiple times. The drive-thru speaker is terrible, and you often have to shout your order, yet it’s still frequently incorrect. Although there are plenty of staff members on hand, it never seems to help with speeding up service or getting orders right. The location isn’t great either; the parking lot is usually a chaotic mess, and the drive-thru line often backs up, blocking several entrances.
The parking lot is a disaster , and I don't know about you guys but but the regular coffee seems like it Has no taste and it's like a very light brew , plus if I'm gonna get an egg sandwich sandwich I want a real egg sandwich where they actually crack theegg grill it grill the bacon or grill the sausage. The manager needs to work on his customer service. They gave me the wrong drink and instead of apologizing, the manager was extremely rude. He closed the drive thru window and walked away while I was explaining how I ordered lemonade but was givengreen tea! I wish I could give a zero star!
