The staff at this restaurant was incredibly rude and disrespectful. The man working at the counter today, October 21st, at 4:30 PM, should be fired and barred from any job in the future. All I asked for was light ice, and he rolled his eyes at me, so I decided to leave while my boyfriend completed our order. When my boyfriend asked him to dispose of the Dunkin’ Donuts gift cards we used, the employee laughed in his face and told him to throw them away himself, even though there were garbage cans nearby. This behavior is completely unacceptable.
I visited this restaurant for the first time, and it was a bit odd because it seemed designed for drive-thru service, yet it wasn't one. The cashier was fine, but he wasn't very friendly when I asked about the menu. The waiting area was also strange—it felt cramped and uncomfortable while I waited for my food and drink. When the cashier finally handed me my drink, he waved goodbye, but I ended up having to remind him that I hadn't received my food yet. I wouldn't recommend the chai latte; it's incredibly sweet and barely resembles actual chai!

The staff on duty at 3:30 PM on Friday, November 11th, were exceptionally friendly. The service was outstanding, characterized by a genuinely welcoming attitude. Bravo to the team! Even if my coffee had been incorrect (which it wasn't, as it was exactly what I ordered), I would still come back solely because of the fantastic service.

The curbside pickup at this Dunkin' Donuts is terrible. I waited more than 20 minutes and had to go inside myself because they lost my order. If it had been busy, I might understand, but one employee was on his phone while another just tried to look busy. I recommend going to QuickChek next door for quicker service.

Everything was spotless, and the seating was very comfortable. The restroom was well kept, and the staff provided friendly customer service, creating a genuine five-star experience. Hats off to the owner and manager of this Dunkin' Donuts location!
The staff members are incredibly hardworking and beautiful, but please fix the air conditioning unit. The employees were sweating, and that's unacceptable!
