The coffee here is okay but nothing special. Occasionally, the cold brew tastes off, and the espresso doesn’t feel authentic. When you order iced coffee, the cup is mostly filled with ice, leaving only about 10 to 12 ounces of actual coffee in a large cup. It ends up feeling like you're paying more for ice than coffee. If you choose a regular coffee instead, you get three times the amount for a few dollars less, which is confusing. As for the donuts, they used to be made fresh on-site and were excellent, but now I wouldn’t even think about trying them.
Could you please get my order right just once? The drive-thru wait time is ridiculous. They even forgot to remove the plastic wrap from my sandwich! Also, every time I order coffee, it’s either wrong or burnt. On the positive side, the staff is always very friendly, which is a plus.
I'm not a local, and I usually choose to go inside to avoid the drive-thru line. However, when I got there at 8 AM, the door was locked despite a sign saying they open at 5 AM. If the lobby isn’t open that early, they should definitely update the signs on the doors.
The staff at Dunkin' Donuts is very friendly, and the coffee is generally quite good. I often visit during odd hours, which sometimes means the coffee I get is a bit stale. However, most of the time, the coffee on their menu is fresh and enjoyable!

There was a long wait at the Dunkin' Donuts drive-thru, but it was definitely worth it because my iced coffee was perfectly made. Since the dining area was closed during my visit, I recommend using the drive-thru to explore their full menu.
