As of 7/4/23, the restaurant has continued to increase their prices, which is disappointing. I will have to cut back on spending money here and reduce my sugar intake. I am a fan of the Golden Eagle blend, but I don't drink Starbucks. I may have to start making my own coffee to-go to save money while I'm on the go. I have been a customer at this location on and off for many years. Recently, I had a very frustrating experience during two visits on the same day. The crew working that Friday seemed new and didn't pay attention to my order. I received a drink that was similar to what I asked for initially, but when I returned, I was given a completely different drink with a different texture. Th...
Best service in the coffee industry. Friendly, happy, excited staff makes coming to Dutch Brothers Ann experience rather than a stop for coffee. Their smiles and joy makes me smile and lifts up my day. The medium Dutch freeze with 2 added shots and whip cream with cookie crumbles taste fantastic. Competitors have nothing on the growing popularity of Dutch Brothers. Hopefully Dutch Brothers will expanded father into Nevada, Utah, Colorado, and California. Then across the nation then the world. During a visit to see family, I stopped by Dutch Bros for some good coffee after being recommended by someone. I was impressed by their drive-thru experience during a busy time. The staff were organized, friendly, and efficient, taking orders at your car window without any issues. The coffee was also excellent. I had a great experience and will definitely be visiting again soon.

I love my local dutch stand in Carmichael. The drinks are always good and the staff is great. I've been here when the line is long, but they are always getting the orders out fast even while chatting with their guests. The staff know my car, my name, my order, and always greet me with a smile.
The staff is very friendly; however, there were at least 8 associates working and it took forever to get our drink. I visit DB wherever I go....they are consistently friendly and the quality of my drink is always top notch....just be prepared to wait a bit at this location
