I am not one to usually complain, but I visited Dutch Bros to get a pup cup for my dog. They had a sign out indicating two lines, so I pulled into the second line. There was a car in front of me and one next to me. The employee made eye contact with me, moved the sign to create only one line, and proceeded to take everyone else's order, even those who arrived after me. I waited for a couple of minutes, but no one came to take my order. About four cars arrived after me and were served before me. This dutch bros location is the absolute best at being incompetent. Yesterday I spent nearly 30 minutes in their drive thru despite being the 3rd car in the second lane and there were 3 cars in the main lane. The runner chose to take all the main line customers until 2 cars that showed up after I did had already left she finally took the order of the car I front of me. When she came to take my order I was polite until she had the nerve to ask why she wasn't getting a tip. I explained what she did. I came in specifically ordered a carmalizer freeze for my boss and asked for white milk instead of chocolate milk. I showed the lady the sticky note and told her it was for my boss so it has to be with white milk. She told me she would have to see what to do and her boss came to the window and explained what to do to make that happen to the lady that took the order from me. I hate to complain, but this is by far the worst dutch bros in the treasure Valley as far as service. Get ready to spend at least 10 minutes to get a coffee. Burnette girl on 9/12/23 around 7 a.m. Just spent more than 5 minutes talking to a regular as there were well over 10 cars In line waiting to get their order taken. I ended up leaving and drove to the one on Orchard. Seems like dutch is aware of the service being bad but nothing has changed. Lack in management and leadership I would say. Every time I visit this Dutch Bros location, I always end up having a negative experience. On two separate occasions, I ordered a sugar-free peach rebel and was disappointed to receive a warm drink with very little ice, tasting overwhelmingly like the syrup used in the rebel. During my most recent visit, my drink took 30 minutes to be prepared when I approached the window. I recommend trying any other Dutch Bros location in the valley as they are definitely better than this one.
I love all Dutch Bros locations! The Overland location is always bustling but they are quick with service. The Chinden location is the friendliest, but that might just be because I frequent it the most. The Milwaukee location is also wonderful... actually, they all are great! If you bring your own mug, they offer a .25 cent discount on each refill, which adds up quickly. They also have stamp cards where you can buy 10 drinks and get the 11th free. #amazing!
This was my first time visiting this place just for a refreshing drink, and it was such a great experience. I can't wait to go back! The service was excellent, and the atmosphere was fantastic. The price per person was between $1-10. I would rate the food, service, and atmosphere all a 5 out of 5. I highly recommend trying the peach dish.
This restaurant has delicious food and excellent service! It is one of my favorite places to eat in town. I really appreciate that the service is consistent at all locations. The Drink One for Dan event was heartwarming and for a great cause. I also love that they give you a free drink on your birthday. I definitely adore this chain. Réservez une table maintenant
I absolutely love this restaurant! The staff always remember my order and are consistently fantastic to interact with. I usually order takeout and the food is always great. The prices are very reasonable, typically ranging from $1 to $10 per person. I would rate the food, service, and atmosphere all as a perfect 5 out of 5.
