If you've got a friend or family member that is never happy with the coffee shop you take them to, get in your car and head to this little place in Port Adelaide. The best coffee on the peninsula by far. Friendly staff and great atmosphere!They also do some pastries and a Dutch style breakfast that is pretty good.

Port Adelaide is not renowned for its cafe culture, so my expectations were not high. But I was more than pleasantly surprised.The food is hearty and delicious. I had the "worst with homemade sauerkraut. "The coffee is single origin, and well poured. Staff are friendly - love the touch of the Dutch teaspoons

Type of coffee changes regularly and current one is written on a slate by the machine. Very well made. Friendly staff. Interior a bit dingy but this is more than made up by the atmosphere. Some very nice biscuits – dutch style chocolate and almond. The outside seating would be great in warmer weather.

The Dutchman is right at home behind the coffee machine making beautiful brews. This is a must for coffee lovers in the Port Adelaide area. Also plenty of delicious sweets and savory treats to salivate over. Give the stroop waffles a try - yum! Réservez une table maintenant

Grew up in Holland so REALLY enjoyed the dutch treats available. We had coffee and morning tea but had I been able to I would have loved to go back for lunch. Coffee was great and enjoyed the atmosphere of this busy fun place.

Excellent Coffee made with vintage Miele Coffee Machine. Friendly and cheerful staff. Cafe kept the feel of old warehouse interior and furnitures. Receipts could be sent to our emails. Very environmental friendly!

Visiting the Dutch Coffee Lab was a very enjoyable experience. The friendly service, coffee and food were excellent. Next time I visit Port Adelaide, DCL will be my first port of call.
