Myself and my partner placed an order for the Balti House on Just Eat. Just eat messed the order up so we waited nearly 2 hours for our food- not the restaurants fault. When the order was finally resolved it came super quick and the owner of the restaurant personally delivered our food. Having ordered from other Indian restaurants in Ealing previously, we decided to try somewhere new. Our food was over two hours late. When we rang up to check on it, the man was rude and dismissive. When it arrived, it was missing several items. When we rang to ask where they were/for a refund, he refused to refund us and said ask Uber eats, it 's not our problem , despite the fact the restaurant provides its own drivers. The rice was stale and overall the food was quite disgusting. Would not recommend anyone eat at this disgusting restaurant.
The food at Ealing Balti House was disappointing, with overcooked prawns and a very dry mixed grill. When I called to complain, they tried to blame Just Eat. It seems they did not cook the food or even deliver it, yet insisted it was Just Eat's fault because I ordered through them. After 20 years of patronage, this will be my last visit to Ealing Balti House and I will caution others to be cautious as well.
My partner and I dined at this restaurant tonight as part of the 'eat out to help out' scheme and we will definitely be returning. We would gladly pay full price for this delicious food. We ordered a chicken tikka masala and chicken shashlik, both of which were fantastic. The service was quick and the staff were very friendly. We absolutely loved it!

I was staying at a nearby hotel and just chanced upon this unassuming restaurant for a late Sunday evening dinner. The waiter was friendly enough to guide me through the elaborate menu. I finally chose a Lamb Balti which came with a naan. The food was really tasty and in good quantity for the price. Will be back.
Very nice food and really good customer service. Food not oily and not too rich. Tastes fresh, and they are happy to customise the dishes to your taste. Lots of choices for vegetarians. Enjoy drinking whisky from old school crystal glassware. Food and drink prices very reasonable. Highly recommend!
We ordered dinner late at night and all of the dishes were very delicious. There were options for both vegetarians and meat eaters, with some dishes being mild and others being spicy. The atmosphere was friendly and the service was excellent. I highly recommend this local restaurant.
We come to Ealing about every 4 weeks, I always order the Chicken Tikka Masala, why!!! It's the best I have tasted anywhere in the UK, I alway bring a couple back home as we live in the Midlands, keep it up see you in 3 weeks

My family and I use this restaurant all the time.The food is always delicious and they always give great portions and it’s very reasonable. The staff are excellent too always give a great service. I can’t fault it at all.
Brilliant service and food, 10/10 would come back and recommend to friends. Great value for money! Can’t recommend the tikka masala and shashlik enough
