Earls Kitchen Victoria Ave

Horrible experience. I usually go and dine it but today was my birthday and I was very tired so I decided to just order off of DoorDash and eat at home. I order the fettuccine Alfredo and added Cajun prawns for $7, in total I paid a little over $30 without the delivery fee. First, it took the restaurant over 40 minutes to prepare my order and give it to my dasher who was waiting for a while. I received what I would consider a kids meal with three pieces of shrimp only and too little pasta. When I took a bite the pasta was not even Al dente and it was too undercooked to be eaten and there was barely any Cajun seasoning on the shrimp. Paying $30 for a small portion of food, 3 pieces of shrimp and undercooked pasta is unacceptable. Do better earls.

The service is not what it once was. First off it took around 20minutes to get out first drink. They served us a 7 ounce portion of wine when we ordered a 9. It was rectified when we mentioned it. They forgot to bring my husbands clam chowder altogether and served the mains first. One portion of salmon was overcooked which was mentioned.. they decided to serve it anyway and then proceeded to bring another portion halfway through the meal. They didn't offer pepper or Parmesan for the Alfredo which we also found odd

Food excellent, service good, atmosphere too noisy, entire time had to listen to 3 rich ole ladies by the car they drove there) yap loudly enough i couldnt hear my wife 2 feet away. Open concept will be noisy. Will return as the pulled chicken clubhouse was fantastic!

It was nice. Service was good. Ambience could be better. The rice in the Cajun fish seemed very hard and a bit old.

Very friendly servers. Interesting that there was a server and an assistant server.
