I used to be a loyal customer of this restaurant and have recommended it multiple times. However, I will not be returning or recommending it again. The sesame chicken we ordered was dry and hard to chew, making it inedible. The smell and taste of cleaning disinfectant was also present, which was unpleasant. Half of our $50 meal was inconsistent and the rest was unsatisfactory. The crab rangoon and egg rolls did not live up to their usual standards, although they were tolerable. I understand that mistakes happen, but receiving dry and unpleasant food multiple times is unacceptable. Food contamination is a deal breaker for me.

I have been a loyal patron of East China Inn for many years, mainly for their takeout. However, I decided to dine in for lunch today. The service was as efficient and friendly as always. The menu offers a wide variety of options, including all the classic favorites. The food was prepared quickly, served at the perfect temperature, and tasted delicious. While there are many Chinese restaurants to choose from, East China Inn continues to be my go-to. I highly recommend giving it a try!

I would give this restaurant 5 stars! Everything was fresh and delicious. The service was excellent. I think we have discovered the best Chinese food in town. We will definitely be back!

The service is exceptional, the food is served promptly, the portions are generous for the price, and the restaurant is very clean and formal. I highly recommend this place to everyone.

I absolutely adore the crab rangoon at this restaurant! It's the best Chinese food around the Tri-City area.
