We used to be loyal customers, but our recent experience was very disappointing. The customer service was downright terrible. My business orders from them several times a week, and today we ordered two soups. Unfortunately, they sent the wrong ones. When I called to request the correct soups, explaining that I had already paid for them and the delivery fee—even though we’re only 9 minutes away—the person who answered the phone was rude and unprofessional, which was quite shameful. To make matters worse, they asked for a tip even before delivering the food, which is unacceptable. Because of this experience, my business will no longer be ordering from them.
Ordered off their website and was told 35 minutes for delivery but they would call first for payment. After 35 minutes and no call, I called them. They said they hadn't processed my order yet and delivery would be about 20 minutes later. They did not arrive for at least 45 minutes, it might have actually been longer. The food was okay. The chicken didn't have a ton of flavor, but was not bad. My lo mein was good. My wife's pork fried rice was very bland as well, she needed to use a bunch of sauce with it. Boneless spare ribs had good texture, but again didn't have the flavor I would expect
Kung Pao chicken was spiced just right at chefs making it without direction from me . Sesame chicken also , was cooked as it should be . Truly fresh ingredients were used in both dishes . Egg rolls were perfectly browned outside and tender on inside . Hot-sour soup was perfect compliment to meals ordered as was chicken-rice soup . ????
I work nearby and often order from this restaurant. Even though prices have gone up a bit, it doesn’t stop me from placing my orders! The General Tso Combo, sesame chicken, and wonton soup are all fantastic and among my favorites. However, my number one choice has to be the crab rangoons—they're the best in the entire FAR area!

The food was really good. I took two stars off because I asked for extra egg in my noodles and did not get that and I also asked for my husbands ramen to be extra extra spice and it wasn't spicy at all. Other than that the spring rolls were delicious and the noodles I got were great as well.
The portion sizes are ridiculously small for the prices charged. Although the food is tasty, it doesn’t warrant the high cost. I ended up spending $70 on dinner, and then I was charged 50 cents for each tiny serving of hot mustard and hot oil. Food rating: 3/5.
In many ways Easy Eats seems to be your typical Fast Food Chinese place. But then start to notice, everything is a little better. The shrimps are bigger, the sauce tastes better, the meat is higher quality and the attention to detail is good.
Arrived 25 mins later than expected. Asked for extra crispy chicken and lite sauce but received very soggy food. Will not order again.
