East Side Mario's - Réservation de table

For food that taste like it was made from a frozen (pre-cooked) package from Sobeys, it is well over-priced. No one can tell me that their chicken or veal Parm is made from 'fresh' ingredients. From the taste, the pasta is certainly doesn't appear to be made from scratch. A while back, this used to be my favorite 'Chain' restaurant. Has somewhat declined over the years. Unless you're ordering a 'special' from East Side, you're better off to spend the same amount of money at a fine dining restaurant where the food is made from fresh ingredients.

We made a reservation in advance and when we got the there the staff were completely unorganized. Our waitress kept walking away while we tried to order, waited other tables who sat after us first, kept us waiting 20 Minutes before bread or salad appearance. Waited 15 minutes easily for a new loaf she barely even glanced in our direction. Poor service and poor organization. Appetizer was very hot and fresh. Meals were really good. Wanted to leave a tip but poor service took that away.

Went there with the girlfriend for supper.Service was slow and was food mediocre at best.Found a seed in one of my ice cubes, my second glass of pop reeked of booze... told the manager but basically was told I was crazy or imagining things. Was sick at home shortly after. Girlfriend didn't feel too good after either.Never going there again!(Had the cheese cappelletti with a ceasar salad and she had the pesto & peppers spaghettini with goat cheese)

Great fast and very friendly service!!! Caesar salad and hot bread delicious!!! Tuscan salad for my wife excellent!!! BUT those chicken wings were absolutely awful!!!!!!!!!!!! Tried the parmesan and medium hot wings. Both were breaded and SUPER greasy. Almost if they were cooked yesterday and reheated. Sauce was served on the side..... Réservez une table maintenant

We stopped by for a quick meal after a day of traveling and were impressed with our server's knowledge of celiac disease, gluten, and cross-contamination. She informed us that all staff are trained on these topics, which put us at ease during our meal.

The service at this restaurant was awful and the food was terrible. I don't usually leave reviews, but I had to for this place. It felt like a grimy cafeteria rather than a restaurant. The employees were disrespectful and there weren't enough of them.

It was a busy night but we got in and our server Matt was excellent. good portions and love the soup and salad deal along with the buy one entree take another home deal. Come hungry!

My family and I ordered pizza and garlic fingers at this restaurant. We waited 2 hours for our food with no updates on its arrival. We would have left if we hadn't already paid.
