This place has premade meals in plastic containers that you buy for carry-out or eat in the store. They also have a microwave to warm your food. The meals are healthy which means low fat and low sodium. It's a nice concept but I'm a big eater and I had to eat two premade meals in one sitting to get full. I'm very active and athletic so I don't mind feeding my body the food it needs to grow. The infant-sized meals weren't worth the price for me. I could prep the same meals at home and with much larger portions. But you pay for the convenience of having a meal premade for you so I understand the higher prices. I started shopping at this location last year, and I have noticed that the quality of the food has declined recently. Additionally, I recommend paying attention to the expiration dates, as many items are either expiring on the day of purchase or the next day. The selection is quite limited, and they rarely have the online specials available. On my visit on February 16th in the evening, I encountered a very rude salesperson. Overall, this will be my last visit to EFG.
I did not realize this food had to be microwaved. I don't like using a microwave, numerous studies show how unhealthy they are on many levels. This food was unimpressive and soggy. It did not taste good and I was annoyed I spent $30 on take out I had to microwave at home. It felt like a $4 meal.
I was in town for a short trip and needed a dinner meal I could eat on break that night. They made some great recommendations and talked me through the companies purpose. The portion size was spot on and everything tasted good!

Thank you for offering healthy food options on the go! There was a great variety, and the food tasted wonderful. My only suggestion would be to include more vegan and whole food-plant based options.
The selection is great and it's very convenient, but the prices are too high for me to want to keep coming back.
I don’t eat a lot. So for me the proportions work for me. The foods pretty good for healthy food I must say!
