Eat Rasta Pasta Jamaican Take-Out

My daughter is picky eater and Italian so she loves pasta. She had the fettuccine with jerk chicken and LOVED it! Serving size huge definitely worth it. The staff were so kind and you get better service here than most restaurants. The drum like...smoker outside smells incredible! You know there’s good food when you smell it. Lastly, the gentleman who was running things outside… we saw him help a homeless man, get him clothing and food. We heard him say that he had seen the man sleeping in water earlier that day and got him pants, a belt and made him curry chicken. The Jamaican Jerk chicken at this restaurant is absolutely delicious! We ordered it with rice and vegetables to go. Even though we had to wait a few hours before eating, the sauce had soaked perfectly into the rice and vegetables, making it disappear in just a couple of minutes. We will definitely be returning to this place!

I have had better Jamaican food at many other places than here. It was just okay. Despite calling itself an Italian restaurant, I wouldn't recommend trying anything Italian on the menu. If you really want to order something, the Jamaican Grill chicken has received many positive reviews.

The name is a little deceiving as you think you are getting both Caribbean and italian food together.
