with all the restaurants in this casino I am very sorry that we have chosen the buffet. the personal was the only positive at the meal. they ran out of tender meat (we were there at 6:00 a.m.) and at his place had truthahn and was thrown in consideration of the price we paid, I didn't think that truthahn was a good substitute. the salatable was economical and very picked up. you could have Chinese food or some seafood that tasted as if it had been too long. the deserts were not much better, and the person who had thrown the ice was obviously not very happy to do this task. our server was very nice and attentive and again the only reason I gave 2 stars. I'm sorry to say. remain

The buffet was surprisingly excellent. I dine out frequently, but I hadn’t tried the Hollywood buffet since it underwent some changes and received mixed reviews. Ameristar used to be the golden standard of buffets, but since being acquired by Boyd Gaming, it seems to have lost its luster. However, I think this place is heading in the right direction. The food was hot and beautifully presented, and it tasted fantastic with a wide variety of options. My only criticism is that they need to improve their dessert selection, as it was limited and not particularly delicious.

Food was not good! The quality has really went down. I observed employees popping food in their mouths directly off the line with their hands. On the Asian bar the wontons was dry and hard. The salad bar was dirty and needed attention. My wife son and I all agreed that it was not worth 25.99 a head. We were disgusted by the overall experience. We give it no stars. O. We only gave it 1 star because there was not a way to give it negative stars. Oh I almost forgot to add that when we arrived home my wife went straight to the bathroom and vomited.

Went on NYDay for lunch expecting to be wowed but instead had what was seemingly left over seafood pasta and a breakfast buffet that was waaaaay overpriced. (It was $28 per person for lunch). Found the salad bar and it was under stocked and the ranch tasted funny. Nothing special about the buffet on this particular day. We were told that we would get a free mimosa and never had a server come by to offer. Very disappointing. We have had great food here in the past but on this trip it was very subpar. Spent 56.20 for my wife and I to eat eat for her birthday. We didn't appreciate the attitude of the guy carving the meat. He acted like he was doing me a favor by doing his job...I t was like we had to beg him for a piece of dang meat. . I will NEVER go back to that casino or restaurant. Hire friendlier staff is my advice. ............Ameristar is better

My wige wanted to go there for mothers day. So myself and teo daughters took her. For 25.00 a head we expected more. Staff was friendly but the food was sub par. After leaving all 4 of had to take turnes in the bathroom. 3 of us still nauseous the next day. Coming out both ends. I would bot recommend this place. It made my whole family sick. Beware.

This is a must-visit if you're seeking an exceptional culinary experience. The Hollywood Casino has a lot to offer, and the buffet is definitely one of its highlights. While I can't treat myself often, I truly enjoy coming here for the wide range of restaurants. They also have fantastic desserts!

I absolutely love this buffet! I haven’t been able to go since COVID, but I’m really looking forward to its reopening. I probably ate just as much dessert as I did main dishes because they have an incredible selection of desserts, especially the creme brulee—so delicious! Réservez une table maintenant

Just wasn't impressed. The lumiere food was and is much better. The food was cold... We payed extra for the crab legs of course, but they kept running out
