The only drawback was the phone system for reaching the front desk. I found it challenging to navigate and had trouble connecting with a real person to address our questions. Additionally, when we wanted to head to the lake, we couldn't find any towels and had to go back to the front desk to locate someone for assistance. It would be great to have staff stationed by the beach so guests could easily order cocktails and snacks while lounging.
Despite these minor inconveniences, the hotel exceeded my expectations. We enjoyed ping pong by the lake, played bocce ball, and even swam a bit—though the water was quite chilly, which is to be expected in October! The surroundings were absolutely beaut...
We just enjoyed a fantastic meal at the restaurant, and it's a shame we're not staying at the resort. I will definitely make sure to stay here next time because of the excellent service and food quality. The service was quick and efficient, and the staff were friendly and helpful.
