2023. Gave this place 5 stars 4 years ago. Used to be my favourite spot. Visited at least a dozen times. No more. Deliberately ignored. Place wasn 't that busy (25% occupancy? . Didn 't serve coffee after ordering. Had to walk up to ask for it after seeing enough glances at my direction with hand up and eyes glaring. Servers seem completely confused with the new looking touch screen ordering system. If it doesn 't help efficiency, go back to paper. At the end, service finished weak. Refill on coffee was offered once; about two minutes after the late coffee was served and none after that. I paid for what 's stated as bottomless coffee . This is the worst restaurant I have ever been to. The food was terrible, the service was a disaster, and our server was more interested in her phone than in us. We were the only ones there on a Saturday morning and the coffee was undrinkable. I would not recommend this place to anyone. It was a complete waste of time and money.
Service here is very bad. The waitress was constantly talking on the phone through a headset and not doing her job. I had to interrupt her phonecall by walking ocer to her and requesting sone butter and jam packets for our breakfast, which she didnr give us in the first place.
I love Eggsmart, but I found this place to be cheap. The portions are small, and there are no fruits offered. The bacon is overcooked, the water tastes bad, and overall there seems to be something wrong with the restaurant.

I had a fantastic spinach and feta omelet with home fries and rye toast at this restaurant. The service and atmosphere were also wonderful. I will definitely be coming back.
Its amazing place to visit, I had avacado toast which served on sourdough bread. Great service. Clean and quite on Sunday morning, empty parking lot too.
It’s great for the area. Food was really good. Service was not bad nor great. Coffee was ok.
