Ok Bagels. Super slow bc of large group. Ordered a new item which was a Chorizo breakfast burrito and a latte with vanilla. 15 minutes later, asked about the latte since we came in with a big group. They still didn 't make it or some of the drinks from other people ahead of me. They don 't take names so pretty sure they made the same drinks twice. 5 minutes later got the latte. Anyway, got the burrito about 15 or 16 min after I ordered it (before the latte). Wife took a bite and it was cold. Told the person behind the counter who apologized and put it back in the oven. He then told the other employees that tortillas need to be cooked twice. Got it back, bit into it and the Chorizo was still...
I had a very awkward experience at this restaurant. I visited on a weekday morning (10/27) to pick up two dozen bagels and a box of coffee. However, they wouldn’t serve me the coffee because it needed to be ordered in advance and could take up to 30 minutes, despite the fact that the place was very slow and nearly empty. I asked if I could place the coffee order at that moment and pick it up in 30 minutes since I live nearby. The gentleman at the counter outright refused, saying they were short-staffed, even after I had pointed out that the coffee needed to be ordered ahead. Very disappointed in this trip. Normally we order from the store closer to us, but the order ahead option wasn’t available this morning. We ordered ahead, drove to this store and when we arrived, there was no check in option. Went inside to get my order, which hadn’t even been prepared yet. Finally got my order after waiting another 10 minutes (after a 15 minute drive). Got home to see my bagel smashed and not even the correct one. Very disappointed
This place used to offer great bagels, but the last dozen I bought were truly terrible. Sure, they were round and made of bread, but that's where the positives end. They were thin, crumbled when I tried to cut them, and had no flavor at all. Honestly, they were some of the worst commercial bagels I've ever tasted. It's a shame because now I have to drive further just to find decent bagels.

I’m done with this place. I picked up some bagels a while back, and the holes were so big you could throw a golf ball through them. The salmon cream cheese was just a name—it tasted artificial and didn’t resemble what it should have at all. I really hope a better bagel shop takes over this one.
If you ever lived in NY or NJ for any substantial amount of time don’t eat here. You will not like these bagels. A bagel with egg and cheese plus a plain bagel with CC is $10! And it’s barely a bagel. Lol. Even my 5 year old didn’t want to finish what she ordered. And she loves bagels!!
Went there this morning and it’s the second time I’ve gone in two weeks and they have consistently gotten my order wrong. When you order something direct from the menu without modifications it should be very easy to follow the menu.
Worst Bagel ever. When I ask for a toasted bagel, I expect toasted. Not some butter slapped on the bagel and slid in a warmer. Not toasted at all. Total disappointment.

Why is indoor dining still closed due to covid in 2022…? It’s been almost 3 years.
I do like this bagel shop and their cream cheese are great.
