when it was about organizing a polter evening program for a good friend, the thema cocktail course also came to the speech. after some research we agreed where we wanted to: into the Einstein bar to sven dausel. and as assumed, our expectations were more than fulfilled. we were too eight and arrived on time at 16.00 a.m. for the two-hour cure in the bar where we were already expecting and after some greeting words turned out to mix us a first delicious cocktail. to the refreshing berry drink with limette note then also gave a spicy gazpacho and a refined tomato mozzarella salad: a great reception! then we started, and we were allowed to run ourselves, behind the bar. under the professional lead of sven we then mixed classics like mojito or amaretto sour and of course also a lot of fancy what we did not betray here. between the drinks provided us sven with much worth knowing, for example shaker and glasses, but also for the right ice and beverage groups. because we could not have remembered everything, a summary was prepared for everyone in paper form. item, we had a great time with a great bartender and would not have expected that we could taste so much. many thanks, sven, for the great afternoon. we recommend you and the cures very much!
