We always like to eat ice cream here. I would claim one of the best ice cream parlours in Pirmasens and that's what you taste! I don't come here to order the Hawaii cellar every time and it tastes great again and again! We've been through various types of ice and have never been disappointed. The staff is very nice and usually also attentive. A glimpse into the round before going back into the interiors from the terrace would possibly be the one or other waving hand. All in all but always a top experience.
Tuesday 16:30 You order 3 ice cups, 17:00 the table next to us who ordered something earlier asks where the ice will stay. Operation then, it takes a good 30 min. How can it be that you need 1 hour for an ice-cream cup? When we finished the ice-cream cafe for five, including the neighboring table), I looked through the empty ice-cream switch back to the café. No action, nothing, not an ice cup was prepared.... how can that be. Paying customers just wait an hour. Incomprehensible
I was there by chance on weekends and was very fond of the versatile, delicious ice cream creations. Although a larger group was hosted in the rooms at the same time, we were quickly and courteously served. The coffee after the ice cream was very delicious. Small, handy and especially hot cup with freshly scented espresso. That's it. My accompaniment and I were very happy. We'll be happy to come back.
The ice cream was very delicious and came quickly after the order. The service was very friendly and helpful to us. The cakes and cakes as well as ice cups on side tables were all superb. We were there with our grandmother, who is no longer on foot, but through the parking spaces right in front of the door, that was no problem. We like to come back!
