We were visiting Detroit and found this hidden gem, by chance, as they served Halal food. What a sweet surprise. The food was fresh and delicious and large portions. The salsa was homemade and fresh. Our family of five each ordered different entrees and tasted from each other. Each dish was delicious, and I have to say we all loved each item, and the price was reasonable. Definitely going back, when we visit Detroit again!
Easily one of the best steaks I’ve ever had. Chef Garza makes a beautiful, melt in your mouth filet with 3 chile butter. I wish I could eat it everyday. My wife had Salmon Al Horno which was equally as good. Make sure to get table side guacamole! This restaurant is so good, I’m constantly trying to find something to celebrate so we can go!
After exploring a few spots in Detroit, we chose to stop at this restaurant, and I'm so glad we did! The food was incredible. The guacamole was possibly the best I've ever tasted, and the steak was so tender it practically melted in my mouth. It's a fantastic place, and I highly recommend giving it a try!
Wow, congratulations to the Chef. I can't pronounce the choice I made but it had these magnificent shrimp in a lobster sauce, and the presentation was fantastic. Sorry I meant to get a picture of it but I was so hungry and it looked too good, so I ate it. Next time I'll try to get a picture. Thank you. Réservez une table maintenant
We were so excited to eat here. We ended up leaving before our food came out because we found a used bandaid in our toddler’s chips. The server was apologetic, but we just couldn’t stay and eat anything else from there. It’s too bad, the food looked good.
Everything from food to service is top notch!!!! The poblano soup is something I dream about!!!! We've celebrated anniversaries and birthdays to catching up with friends here. Never disappoints! Don't sleep on El Asador!
