The chicken quesadilla is unlike any I’ve ever had; the chicken is cooked in a flavorful sauce that isn’t spicy but is incredibly juicy, and the guacamole and sour cream served with it are just perfect. As for the Discovery Burrito, you can choose any meat, but my favorite is the Chile Verde because I’m a big fan of it. The burrito comes drenched in green Chile sauce, and it’s significantly larger than a regular burrito. I usually can’t finish it, but I love that I can take leftovers home and avoid cooking later.

I ordered Carne Asada fajitas dinner. Aren’t fajitas supposed to be served “sizzling” ? Not here. Isn’t the entire dish supposed to be served together (fajita meal consists of 2 plates) ? Not here. The dish was served, in what looked like, a tomato puree. Very good flour tortillas (2 served with this meal). Beans not good, bitter taste. A party of 5 is served 1 small basket of chips and very small bowl of salsa ? (refill). I did appreciate that they fulfilled my request that green peppers were left off my plate. Not recommended.

The salsa is recycled. They are taking already eaten out of salsa and re serving it to customers!!! Who knows what other food they are doing this with!!
Food was good. Salsa was way too hot. We asked for a milder salsa and they brought us their greengo salsa that was like tomato juice.
