do not visit this place. had given zero stars if possible. the Yelp page says to check and get a free cheese dip when I asked, the lady said it was from the last november. we take it from the Yelp side and it has no expiry date. she said she was gonna ask her boss. she came back and went to her station at the door. I said, what did you find out? she said they'd come, okay, then the waitress's coming out and I'm asking her. I want to see the manager. the manager comes out and says immediately, he doesn't want to set up and the offer is old. Take it from the yelp app. he is all bent out of the shape. I'm leaving. I'm not going to be back!
as a family of 5 we love the el dorado and their family atmosphere. it is always super fast and the personal is always friendly. they treat the children like family here and as parents we love this. eating is fantastic and our fur baby is welcome on the terrace. this is by far our favorite restaurant in cartersville. 8 year old daughter: “El dorado is the best restaurant I have ever been”7 yr old sohn: “I love her fried ice”5 yr old sohn: “THE chips are my favorite!
Service was quick and efficient, also the food was pretty good, starting with the chips and salsa they give you the moment you sit down.I ordered the Sopes, which had two very big ones, with shredded chicken, lettuce, tomatoes, avocado and sour cream, although it had too much salt for my taste.I would definitely come back to taste some other dish.
Excellent food, but be wary of pickup orders, the bags they use are cheap cheap cheap and cannot hold the food and they're happy to let you know it made it out the front door, sorry about the cheap bags, enjoy your food. Their favorite response is ok, what you want me to do about it?

Amazing place! The fried broccoli appetizer is so delicious, I had to get one to go home with. The Hawaiiana quesadilla was very good. For drinks I had the flight of margaritas and they were good also. Can't wait to go back!
The service is friendly and efficient. The food is delicious, with good portions at a fair price. I always come back to this restaurant whenever I'm in Cartersville and I'm never let down.
My husband enjoyed the flank steak and I liked the steak stew. However, we found the portion sizes to be too large for our liking, so I would give it 4 stars for the food.
Avoid this restaurant at all costs. I would have rated it zero stars if I could. The Yelp page falsely advertised a free cheese dip when I inquired about it.
