Husband and daughter shaved around the chicken. The second daughter said the Lomo-saltado was great. Your Cheufreis needed some work. Rice was kind of crispy as if it wasn't cooked enough. Store was hot as hell then again I am sure that NJ is not used to 95 in the shadow temps.
If it 's your FIRST time trying Peruvian Food, then I would suggest starting with our famous LOMO SALTADO , (Sauteed strips of steaks, with fries, onions, tomatoes, white rice on the side AND of course , you CANNOT forget about the GREEN SAUCE ;
The chicken had no taste and was undercooked. The Aji was bland and very mild if you are Ecuadorian this can be acceptable, but for Peruans it is NOT.
Soaked chicken and fish ceviche is really good. Don't forget to try her green dress. All right! I always try to buy a bottle if I can. Réservez une table maintenant
