The food is good!But for the last few months the place has been dirty.Lots of bugs inside the restaurant like flies.The windows internally very dirty.I think they use dirty cloths to clean the mirrors and glass because the windows look very dirty when we sit close.The floor feels like it's always sticking together when we walk.Dirty bathrooms.They should not use glass cleaner or paper towels as everything is marked and very dirty.Desserts have no expiry date and no manufacturing date.The place looks abandoned as it has no cleanliness.If it's like this in a restaurant, I don't even want to imagine the kitchen.I've been there on different days and different times.Glyndon's El Gran Pollo is dir...
The customer service at this restaurant is dreadful. We placed an order online, and when I picked up the food, we discovered at home that two sides were missing. We called to inform them, and they instructed us to come back for the sides. My husband made the trip back, and when he arrived, the staff just stared at him as if they were clueless about the situation before begrudgingly putting the sides in containers. It's frustrating that they messed up but seemed upset with us instead. There are far too many excellent dining options in Reisterstown to put up with such poor treatment from the staff.
Friendly greeting attentive service but I was very disappointed by the food drink. I had one of their juices which didn't taste at all like what I was told the chicken was bland with sauces on the side. I was also disappointed since I asked for something without bone git a bone in chicken breastSadly for this place, there are many better options for this type of food within a 5 mi radius
The food was outstanding, easily a 10/10! I had a chicken steak quesadilla that was full of flavor. The service was friendly, and the atmosphere was very clean. I will definitely be back!

I eat peruvian chicken 2 to 3 times a week and this is the first time I was charged 2 more for an all dark whole chicken. Let's not get greedy now smh
