El Mariachi - Réservation de table

I was really disappointed with my recent experience. I ordered a taco salad that had a lot of bland boiled beef, some lettuce, and just a slice of tomato on top, along with a dollop of sour cream. I was shocked at how tasteless it was. I've been here many times and have always enjoyed their food and service! I've even had the taco salad before and it was much better. I'm wondering if they're cutting costs? Despite this, I would still highly recommend this fantastic Mexican restaurant!

El Mariachi was our go to place for Mexican. Tonight, however, we were seated promptly, received chips and salsa, and then we were ignored for 15-20 minutes by the wait staff. Other tables were who were seated after us, were waited on and their orders were taken. The waiter for our table only responded to us as we got up to leave. Very poor attention from the waiters. The food quality also has been declining over the last few visits. Time to find another Mexican restaurant.

solid service and they are good at accommodating large groups, lunch specials are a nice deal and I love the free chips and salsa. huge menu so you can probably find something that you like, but I feel some things are definitely quite hit or miss and varying in quality.

We recently moved from the South Side, where our favorite Mexican restaurant was Primos, to Beaverdale. After trying a few places, I believe we've found our new Mexican restaurant on this side of town. Réservez une table maintenant

I waited over an hour, only to be informed that my order had been canceled. Getting a refund was a hassle. The food was decent, but the customer service was terrible.
