El Pollo Loco - Réserver une table

Every time I go there they are always lacking something this time the baya shrimp was cold chicken was warm on your mixshrimp/chicken tostada..Why not hire the right people that care about your local customers. All they got to do is serve your food the same as the EL Monte el pollo loco on garvey. The shrimp was just made hot chicken hot it was very delicious.

This is the worst location you can visit the workers are lazy and ignore you they just waste your time. The food is dry and they always get the order wrong everyone should get fired I had to leave that place and drive 3 miles to another location just go to monterey park or montebello. They need a new manager staff and a complete remodel

The worst experience I’ve ever had at Pollo Loco. I used to love their tortilla soup, this time it has been the worst experience I’ve had. The soup was watered down and it looks like the just dumped their chopped tomatoe salsa in the pot. They tried to add some chunks of chicken. By far the worst. They didn’t have green salsa either.

Service was fast n food was good.. service wasn't what I was expecting..had drive thru service.. didn't get any napkins.. didn't get extra salsa..me as a Mexican I like my food with a lot of hot sauce..but the food was good.. disappointed me at the hot sauce n

The drive thru person working very bad customer service, never again coming here again! Also it looks like closed because doing work on the outside, so I thought it was closed and drove up, he told me next time he would not take my order.

We got our food to eat inside and the temperature had to had been like 40 degrees super cold something Exaggerated cold you can see smoke come out of ur mouth that's how cold it was.
