The grilled chicken at this restaurant is excellent and offers good value. The menu has a nice variety of options. The food was served quickly and hot, and the service was friendly and efficient. The tables can be a bit dirty, which is common for fast food restaurants in the area. The horchata was a bit strange in taste. It's convenient to have a branch here as the next Boston Market is far away. I would give five stars for the chicken, but their burritos lack taste and freshness in the rice and the chicken is oversalted. I would recommend going to Chipotle for burritos instead.
I had a pleasant experience with the customer service at the drive-thru. However, I noticed that the work surface where my bag and food were placed was dirty. While I waited, the staff member didn’t clean up the crushed tomatoes and salad, instead, they seemed to be rushing around. There weren't many customers inside or in the drive-thru, so it would have been a good opportunity to tidy up the area.

I was unable to redeem any of the promotions that initially attracted me to order from this restaurant. This was very disappointing as it was the first time I experienced this issue. Additionally, it was the first time I had to call in for curbside pickup. Despite these setbacks, I really enjoyed the keto options that were available.

The food is unquestionably good, but paid for a combo, that did not include a drink. And they wanted $2.59 for a SMALL soda. Robbery like that is what's wrong with the world. Also, zero personality from the people working there.
Chicken ? ? is no fresh, it is stiff and super skinny, it actually looks like a quail ??. Super expensive salad for the quality and size. Why do they abuse? do the owners have quality control?
My party was the only one in the restaurant, allowing us to maintain a safe distance. The food was delicious, as always, and I commend the limited staff for their hard work.
The chicken naturally requires time to cook, which is understandable, but a delay of 40 minutes for the order is excessive.
