I had the worst experience ever at this restaurant. They were supposed to close at 10 p.m., but when we arrived at 8 p.m., they had run out of chicken and rushed us out, saying they would close at 9 p.m. The only option available was breakfast burrito tostadas. To make matters worse, someone called in to place an order through their app, and when they showed up, they had chicken for them. It’s frustrating! The place was dirty, and I could go on about how disappointing the experience was, but it just leaves me feeling angry and let down. I do not recommend going here.
El Pollo Loco, is great value. This El Pollo Loco in particular is always consistent, always friendly, always clean, I mean what else could you want. In general, I find that the reward system offered by El Pollo Loco is unparalleled to other fast food eateries, along with the fact that you have healthier choices. Another perk of this particular location is in general there is ample parking. Don't forget you have a parking lot in the back as well as the front. I usually enjoy the food at this chain, but this location doesn't measure up to the others. The chicken has been really dry on my last two visits, which suggests it's either overcooked or left out too long. Additionally, when I ordered rice and beans, I received mostly bean juice with just two beans in the container.
Conveniently located in Pasadena. Small but has a lot of large windows that makes the place more open and does not feel so enclosed. There is a parking lot, so there are convenient parking spaces that can be a challenge for some restaurants here. Recommend this location via Colorado Blvd location.

Great flavor like all locations. This one has an horchata machine!! Not all locations have it. Restrooms available. No drive thru here. Plenty of seating spots and parking is in a plaza style. Right off of the 110 fwy and up Fair Oaks. Clean for the most part. They play salsa music too ??

Good food and total value. I think my Grande Avocado chicken dish could have used a bit more chicken to balance the rice
