Went through the drive through and ordered the Double Chicken Tostada with a large Root Beer with light ice and an exter container of the Cilantro sauce which costs extra. I pay, get my food, and drive away. Get back to work to find I was given the regular Chicken Tostada, the Root beer was half ice, and they gave me a tiny container of the green salsa that wasn't even half full instead of the Cilantro sauce. I looked at the recipe and they charged me for everything I ordered, but it was more expensive than what the drive through sign said it was, and they didn't give me what I ordered. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE!

What a cluster F of an experience! The lobby was locked so I drove thru to order. The person taking the order with a bit disorganized but I laughed it off. At the window I had to remind him, several times, what we ordered and required along with the meal. My mistake was driving off before double checking. They forgot our drink and utensils and the chicken bowl was more like stew. I have no idea where all the liquid was coming from, but I'm assuming it was from the pinto beans since there was very little lettuce. Hopefully management does a better job at running this place in the future.

Pollo Loco is my favorite spot for lunch, but my recent visit was disappointing. The restroom was in terrible condition—there was no soap, and the paper towels were out of the dispenser. When I finally got my food, the table had a lingering smell of old grease, suggesting it hadn’t been cleaned properly. I mentioned this at the checkout, and the staff offered to replace the table, but the smell made me question whether they were maintaining cleanliness in other areas as well. Overall, it left me concerned about the restaurant’s hygiene standards.

This is the closest location to me, and I regret eating here this time. The chicken was extremely dry and tough; I've never had such bad pollo from Pollo Loco. Pollo Loco isn't what it used to be. The tostada was broken, and a piece was missing. They didn't have any dressing available, so we had to wait for them to make some. We went through the drive-thru and noticed employees just standing around while only one person was doing all the work. It took us 25 minutes to receive our food. If I could give zero stars, I definitely would. I ordered a Double Chicken Avocado Salad before work, and when I finally got to eat it, I found that the salad was quite small and didn’t even contain avocado—one of the key ingredients! When I tried to address the issue, no one responded. I can’t leave work to fix this problem, so I’m extremely frustrated. How do you forget such an essential ingredient in a salad? I won’t be eating here again unless I want to be disappointed. I didn’t even touch the salad.

I order a 3 PC meal and they give me the 2 pc I ask to correct the order and they try to charge $2. Dollars more them what it cost normally. And then they give the wrong order again and also the chicken was over cook burn isn?t about the money is about been correct. I will never stop at Pollo Loco again they used to have a great service and chicken but this is the second time that it happened

We ordered a 16-piece and an 8-piece chicken combo, and when we opened the box, everything was burnt. This isn't the first time this has happened. We get food from this location once a week; sometimes it's good, but other times they forget the tortillas or serve burnt food.

My chicken was burnt and extremely dry. They asked if I wanted to try their guacamole and chips, and I agreed. When they inquired if I wanted a small or large portion, I chose large.
