I waited nearly 20 minutes to receive my order, only to discover when I got home that I had been given the wrong item. I ordered a 10-piece mixed chicken but received 10 pieces of leg and thigh instead. When I returned to the store to fix the mistake, the staff spoke to each other in Spanish, laughing and chatting without taking immediate action, wasting my time. Eventually, I got the correct order, but throughout the whole process, I was treated without respect and received no compensation. To make matters worse, the wings were undercooked and raw inside when I finally got home. Overall, it was a very disappointing and unsatisfactory experience.

For some reason, despite the less-than-ideal location, this particular restaurant in TC provides the worst customer service I've ever encountered. It's been a few years since we last visited, as I had hoped things would improve. I would much rather go to the location at Duarte Rd/Santa Anita Ave, but unfortunately, my family has moved past that option. Additionally, the chickens served here appear to be quite undernourished.
I live in Arcadia, but I tried this restaurant for the first time today because the Pollo Loco in my area has been consistently dry. I ordered the fresh, juicy chicken, and wow, it was incredibly delicious! I've been visiting Pollo Loco for nearly 20 years, and this is the first time I could truly taste all the flavors; it was so juicy and flavorful! I live in Arcadia, but I went today for my first time to this location, because the Pollo Loco in Arcadia is so dry, so as always... I ordered fresh juicy chicken and oh my God it was so delicious! I have been going to Pollo Locos for nearly 20years and this the first time that I could taste All the flavors, it was so juicy so tasty, so delicious! There are plenty of parking spaces available, and it’s conveniently located next to a CVS. The aromas during lunch are delightful! The entire restaurant is filled with the enticing scent of grilled chicken. It made my mouth water. My order was cooked to perfection—moist and absolutely satisfying. I will definitely return when I'm craving grilled chicken again!
For reasons that seem unrelated to poor ownership, this particular TC restaurant has the worst customer service I've ever encountered. It's been a few years since we last visited, hoping things would improve. I wanted to go to the store on Duarte Rd/Santa Anita Ave instead, but my family disagreed. Furthermore, the chickens appear to be underfed.
There’s plenty of parking, and it’s conveniently located right next to CVS. The smell during lunch was amazing—the entire place was filled with the delicious scent of grilled chicken. My meal was cooked perfectly, juicy and very satisfying. I’ll definitely come back whenever I’m craving grilled chicken.

It was delicious! The chicken was juicy and tender on the inside with a slightly crispy skin. I loved the coleslaw, mashed potatoes with gravy, and macaroni. Most El Pollo Loco locations aren’t this fresh. There’s a large parking lot, and the service was quick. The staff were very friendly.
