The sauce and appetizer buffet is fantastic, featuring a really fresh seaweed salad—and it’s all you can eat! I recommend coming for lunch, as the specials can save you a significant amount compared to dinner prices. Plus, if you find yourself in a food coma afterward, you can easily walk it off in the mall instead of having to do so after dinner.

Don't waste your money here! I was really disappointed; the food was not worth it at all. Just a few bean sprouts and a couple of slices of chicken for a whopping $50! The service was terrible, and there wasn't a manager available to speak with. I tried to request a credit, but the app requires payment upfront, making it difficult to contact customer service for a refund. If you're looking for a good meal, I recommend Mike's Enjoyable Real Food or a Chinese buffet—better options and significantly cheaper (about $30 less). Overall, I cannot recommend this place; I'm very unhappy with my experience!
As always, the service was excellent, and the happy hour deal was fantastic. The quality of the meat was impressive, and the ambiance was lovely. We visited to celebrate a birthday, and they surprised us with a beautiful fruit plate with a candle, along with a special message on the board wishing me a happy birthday. This location is different from Century City, as you get your own personal pot with a custom soup base. Be sure to check out their weekly specials for great deals and discounts. We will definitely return soon!
The gold standard for Chinese hot pot! HAIDILAO is always consistent with quality, service, and taste. My favorite soup bases are the beef tallow spicy, regular spicy, and green Szechuan pepper numbing soup! Their meat quality is so good that I keep returning even though you can purchase their soup bases at supermarkets. I love the wide variety of sauces and snacks at the self serve station. Their service is well known and impecable every time! Only issue is probably finding parking if you're going during a busy day!

I'm thrilled to report that they've resolved their fly issue! I can confidently say I didn't spot any flies during my last two visits. I'm happy to give them back to a five-star rating. The tomato broth is delicious and packed with flavor; there was a brief period when it lacked some pizzazz, but it's back to being great. The service has also seen improvement! I do miss their long disposable chopsticks, though. On a positive note, they now offer weekday deals, which is fantastic since the costs can add up!
My experience at this location was not as positive as the one in Century City. The service was decent but not as exceptional as the chain is known for. When we arrived, there was ample seating available, yet we were seated at a table shared with other customers. The seasoning buffet area was not well maintained; I noticed a piece of fruit in the sesame oil, likely dropped there by accident. By the end of our meal, it was still sitting in the oil.

I had a delightful lunch at this restaurant. The food was excellent, earning a solid 4 out of 5. The service, however, truly stood out and deserves a perfect 5. The atmosphere was equally impressive, creating a lovely ambiance that enhanced the overall experience. Highly recommend it!
My favorite hot pot place! The service is amazing from the host to their servers. The only place I'll wait 1.5 hours for. My go to broth is their pork bone. It's so rich and flavorful! Their sauce bar offers many sauces that you can play around with too! The meat selection is very fresh alongside with their seafood choices. This place is easy one of my top 3

The service was excellent; the waitstaff were very attentive, and the food was served quickly and fresh. Everything I ordered was spot on. There are plenty of options to choose from, and I highly recommend it if you're a fan of hot pot!
