My server returned shortly after to take my meal order. She paid great attention to my preferences and repeated my order back to ensure accuracy, which I appreciated. I ordered a half rack of baby back ribs with sauce on the side, a baked potato with butter and bacon bits (if they had them), and some coleslaw. To my delight, dinner arrived just 11 minutes after I ordered and matched my request perfectly! The food was fantastic! The ribs were cooked just right, easily sliding off the bone and bursting with delicious, charred flavor. The side sauce complemented them perfectly. I visited this restaurant for the first time and had a fantastic experience. I highly recommend trying either the half or full rack of ribs, or the tri-tip plate. The service was excellent, and everything was perfect for a lunch outing. I would say the price per person ranges from $20 to $30. Overall, I would rate the food, service, and atmosphere all as 5 out of 5!
