I stopped dirtying Loco because I went to a party where Pollo Loco was bred, and rice and beans were terrible, and some parts of the chicken were overdue. I like the recipe of sauce they use on the chicken. I don't know what it is, but it's another taste. My mother suggested Pollo Loco, and I told her about my experience with them. She told me that it's different... her food is good in my local franchise. And she was right! The food was great... the chicken pieces were perfect with the same sauce... the Coleslaw, beans and corn were great...and don't have rice, so you don't know that... the corn and flour tortillas were great... the chips and guacamole were good even though they need to make...
WORST AND HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!! The cashiers had gave terrible service due to them being lazy and don?t give a dam you ask for something and they act like your talking to a wall , the floor was downright awful and sticky, the supplies weren?t that completed mostly the forks, and that the trash is so full that it looks like they never changed the trash from the morning. On the cashiers, they have not gave the exact change back. I asked for the exact change back and they never returned it, I had asked that why don?t they check the camera so they don?t think we are stealing, they replied with ?I have to ask the manager to check the camera and giving back the exact change as if I return the mone...
7/18/21 The first time in this place. Others have failed in service and in other areas. This place received my business with respect and great attention to details. Max the serviceman for today gave absolutely great and fast service. He works as if he had the place. Fast, efficient and very safe what he does. I really appreciate such a great service. I am very pleased with my visit to this industry of the EL POLLO LOCO companies. Keep the great work, it is really well appreciated...
I like how they don't overdo the chicken like other chains. The size of the pages really fell off the front, but the chicken tastes pretty good. I'll get the chicken from now on. Has made mobile order for collection, but waited about 10min in the place after the time my order should be done.
