Chicken pieces were small and overcooked. I ordered the 2 pieces of meal that says it contains a chest and wing. The wing was all shaken and the chest was halved. Who would ever think you have half a breast? I got broccoli and potatoes as sides that were both good, nothing special. If you want a drink, it's like an extra $3. I decided, but the chicken is so dry that you need almost a drink just to swallow it. After all, it was hotter than hell outside, so I decided to dip, I could cool off with the AC, but it was either broken or shut down because it was unlikely warm there.
In all my time using food delivery services, I've only had missing drinks twice, and both times it was from El Pollo Loco. That's not impressive. On the plus side, the service is great, and the food always arrives hot and on time. However, you really need to improve on the little details. Thank you! I still love your food, so please don’t give me a reason to stop ordering from you! LOL.
The white meat chicken was extremely dry—perhaps it had been sitting out for a while. The mac and cheese was flavorless, and the guacamole tasted like cheap, pre-made stuff. Additionally, the salad was served warm because it was packaged in the same bag as the hot food. Overall, I didn’t think it was worth the $50 I spent.
Excelente food and service also I want to thanks the manager and his work team for their honesty they found my wallet which I forgot on the table, hours later I called and they told me that they had found it, I picked it up and all my belongings were intact. Thanks a lot . Réservez une table maintenant
