It took a while for my food to arrive, but it was definitely worth the wait—very good! I spent $35 on breakfast, and when I asked for some carrots, the lady at the register wanted to charge me an extra $2. Really? Wow! I was recommended this place by a good friend, and the food was indeed tasty. However, I don’t think I’ll be making a special trip back.
The dining experience at this restaurant is wonderful, with excellent customer service. It is one of the most pleasant places in San Diego. Although the prices are slightly above average, they are not outrageous. Be prepared to pay with cash as they do not accept cards. Overall, it is one of the top taco shops in the area.
This is the best spot in town for a delicious menudo! The prices are very reasonable, and they even offer extra pig feet from the menudo for a small additional charge. The service is outstanding! Please note that this is a cash-only establishment, but there's an ATM available on-site.
I called in to place an order and I was really impressed with the rolled tacos—they were fantastic! I also tried the carne asada fries, which were great as well, and the prices were reasonable. I got the California burrito with hash browns and my son got the bean and cheese burrito. We both agreed this was one of the better burrito shops we have been to. The food was really tasty and good size. Aren't in this area much, but when we are will def be back here.
This restaurant almost earned 5 stars, but only accepts cash. The meat is flavorful and well-seasoned. My wife adores the cheese enchiladas, and my mother-in-law really enjoys the rolled tacos. They also offer a new daily special.
The absolute BEST rolled tacos around! The owner is awesome, friendly always goes out of his way to conversate with us.
