We were recommended this restaurant by the hotel staff. It looks nothing from the outside but it is a gem. from the moment you walk in you are treated with kindness. The decore is very simple, you sit down looking out at the beach and sea and feel very nestled in from the wind and elements. The menu is mostly gluten and lactose free. The waiter will ask you if you have any food allergies. I had the croquettes de Choco which were divine, Calamari, Adobo and Gallo. I did visit 3 times. Each dish was tasty. Me merezco el mayor de los castigos por llevar tantos años viniendo a Cádiz y no haber conocido hasta ahora este bendito lugar. La ubicación inmejorable; el producto y las recetas, clásicas, pero sublimes; el servicio atento, rápido y más que amable. Sin duda un gran descubrimiento en la maravillosa playa de Zahara, aunque el sistema de reserva implica o bien esperar allí o bien acercarse a última hora para ver si hay hueco (pero no puede merecer más la pena). Demos gracias por la supervivencia de estos lugares.
During my trip tu Cadiz, I heard the in this city you can eat the best Tuna. My wife and I we decided to try a restaurant on the beach.... El Refugio it was a fantastic discover: we asked for advice on how to eat tun. we received three different courses, all very good and never tried before. We ate also a dessert and two beers and also the bill was very good €55 for two people! The always very thoughtful service from Alexandro and the smile of Begli Occhi .
Sitio encantador en Zahara de los atunes. Nosotros fuimos a comer con un perro de 9kilos y no nos pusieron ningún problema. La calidad de la comida y la elaboración muy buenas. La atención muy agradable.
